Shipping Policy

Order Preparation Time

The orders we receive are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, with the exception of public holidays). Orders that come in on weekends or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Periods

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, the following approximate delivery periods apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where this option is provided)
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and the time required for customs clearance

Please keep in mind that these timeframes serve as estimates only and should not be treated as firm delivery commitments.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fees that apply are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the order. For selected orders or within the framework of specific promotional offers, shipping may also be provided free of charge.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shipment is on its way, an email containing the corresponding tracking number will be forwarded to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update properly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient assumes responsibility for any customs charges, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not part of either the product price or the shipping fee and are usually collected directly by the local courier at the moment of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Should your parcel become lost in transit or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that the issue may be addressed together with the carrier.

Accuracy of the Delivery Address

During checkout, please make sure that your delivery address has been entered completely and correctly. We accept no responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses as a result of errors made by the customer. Should you notice a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so that we may attempt to update the address before the parcel is dispatched.
