Refund policy

Making sure you are content with what you have purchased is something we genuinely care about. Should you not be satisfied for any reason, this policy describes how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Window of 30 Days

Beginning from the date of delivery, you have 30 days in which to submit a return request. For the request to be eligible, the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please get in touch with us through our contact page and indicate both your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions outlining the dispatch method and the address to which the parcel should be sent.

Any return received without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Complaints

Please examine your shipment as soon as it arrives and notify us without delay should the item appear to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the situation and work together with you to find a fair outcome.

Products Excluded from Returns

Some product categories are excluded from returns. These include, among others: custom-made or personalized goods, items damaged through improper use, articles missing their original packaging, and items that were clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned shipment has reached us and has been examined, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be released within 7–14 business days using the same payment method originally selected. Please bear in mind that the actual posting of the funds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain the item you actually want is to first return the original product. Once the return has been confirmed, you may place a separate order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Expenses

As a general principle, return shipping expenses are borne by the customer. Exceptions are made when the return arises from a mistake on our part — for example, when an item is defective or has been shipped incorrectly.
